Rasto Koval

Co-Founder & CEO

Before devoting his career to Cequence, Rasto served in different positions in Legal, Contract Management, Process Engineering, and Digital Innovation. In his past roles, he worked on contractual negotiations with the world’s biggest technology suppliers and designing workflow automation that improves contracting processes, finding out that his ultimate desire is to “Connect Contracts with Technology”.

Peter Banda

Co-Founder & CSO

Peter, with two PhDs from Slovakia and the USA, brings a research-oriented and innovative spirit to Cequence. As a data scientist and bioinformatician, he authored over 30 scientific articles in artificial life, AI, and artificial chemistry. From 2015 to 2020, he analyzed various aspects of Parkinson's disease at the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine. At Cequence, he focuses on machine learning, AI, and blockchain development and research.

Martin Ragan

Co-Founder & CRO

With a background in business development, customer success, and digital transformation, Martin brings international startup experience to Cequence. His passion for innovation began during his studies in Denmark and Sweden. In Silicon Valley, he aided public institutions with digital transformation. Now, his vision benefits over 50,000 users daily. Martin enjoys cooking, cycling, and hiking in his free time.

Martin Razus

Co-Founder & CTO

With over a decade in IT, Martin is a results-driven professional known for technical architecture and web application development. As CTO at Cequence for 6 years, he excels in solution architecture and product development. At Piano Media, he designed large-scale web apps. Martin thrives on challenges and innovation, making him a valuable IT asset.
