From a non-profit to a billion dollar business πŸ’°? OpenAI faces resistance from Meta πŸ€‘πŸš€.

Meta has asked the California Attorney General to stop OpenAI's plan to turn from a non-profit to a for-profit βš–οΈβŒ.

OpenAI, known ChatGPT πŸ€–, is experiencing meteoric growth and is earning billions πŸ€‘ annually. CEO Sam Altman says this change is necessary so they can get investors and fund big AI projects πŸš€. But Meta warns that the move could set a bad example for other startups that could abuse the rules of non-profits and "turn" into for-profit companies ⚠️

Interestingly, Meta supports Elon Musk in this endeavor 🀝, despite the recent public conflicts between Zuckerberg and Musk. What do you think about this 🧐?
